Susan Cain: The power of introverts

I remember I've watched this TedTalk before, I dont this this TedTalk is particularly motivating, however, I do agree with her points that the world does need introverts and its not a bad thing to be an introverts. Both introverts and extroverts contribute their own bit to the community.
